Are you placing your online orders correctly? Here are some helpful tips

 

Selecting the correct unit type is one of the most important steps in placing online orders. Selecting the correct floor plan and providing us with any nessasary comments will ensure your install is being done in a timely manner.

 

·        If you have more than one type of layout per floor plan you should choose the floor plan in which way you want the new installation to be install.

For example:  If the floor plan currently has carpet in the dining room but you would like vinyl in the dining room for this install choose the floor plan with the description (VINYL IN DINING)…….

·        If you would like the description of your floor plan or unit type to read differently please contact the office.

 For example: If the website reads: 1x1 but you would prefer it to called… A Plan 608 sqft.

 

·        If placing an emergency online order for a same day installation please call the office after order is submitted to verify availability.

 

·        If placing order for a Saturday installation please provide us in the notes the hours office is open and an emergency contact number.

 

·        If there is a unit type that is not listed you can schedule a measure by creating an order selecting any type of plan and then in the special notes make sure to add:   Need to measure this unit, selected wrong floor plan. Floor plan is not on file it is a (floor plan name) type.

 

Please try to give at least 48 hours notice prior then scheduling job so we have the opportunity to measure before actual install date.  We will then set-up a measure so we can add plan for future installs. This will help in providing us the diagram which will ensure the proper amount of material is used for the install and it will also ensure the best price will be provided to you for that floor plan.

 

·        If placing an installation for a partial be sure when adding notes to order that they are clear and the description is specific on area that needs to be installed only.

Examples:

§         Partial install – master bedroom and closet only (or no closet).

§         Partial install – Upstairs and stairs only.

§         Partial install – Living room/dining room and hall only.

§         Partial install – Living room only 

·         (which we do not recommend if a hallway or dining room is attached and is currently carpet. The new carpet will be very noticeable in living room because the existing carpet in the other area(s) will be a different dyelot color. The difference in color could be a shade darker or lighter).
