At Floormasters, we have heavily invested in software, automation, mechanization, the e-myth program, manager profiling, and training at all levels. We are in constant search of new products that will outperform and outlast what is currently available and negotiating better warranties from our suppliers that include multi-family use. We believe in looking forward, staying ahead of the curve and offering our customers something that is not available from our competitors, and that is service, service, service. We set standards for the industry while distancing ourselves from the competition.
Our motto, “It is all about the Customer” quite simply states our philosophy as a company, our customers are our present and our future. For our customers it has to be the best or it is not good enough. That is the way it always has been and that’s exactly what will drive our business into the future. Floormasters has two locations in California; one in the Bay Area, and one in Northern California. We service from Chico to Salinas, and from San Francisco to Turlock.

Founded in 1987, Floormasters has grown to be recognized as the leader in the Multi-Family and Commercial Flooring industry. Our first location was a 500 sq. ft. warehouse with two desks in the corner that served as our office. After a year we moved to a 4,200 sq. ft. warehouse. Our business and reputation were developing. Four years later we moved to a 10, 000 sq. ft. location, and today we are in a 21,000 sq. ft. building and employ over 200 of the best people in the industry and continue to grow each year. We benefit from word of mouth advertising and enjoy a reputation that is eclipsed by no one. We have earned the respect of competitors and suppliers by virtue of the way we do business.
